Job Description

Bradbury Lewis seeks an eager, forward-thinking professional with 3+ years public relations experience with an extensive working knowledge of various catrgories including mens and accessories. The desired candidate is laser-focused, accountable and polished with the ability to work autonomously. A comprehensive database of strong editor relationships across fashion and lifestyle outlets a must. This candidate is a strategist and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. A proven track record of secured coverage in top titles must be presented along with writing samples and editorial references. An overview of responsibilities includes:


  • Working alongside senior staff, the SAE will strategize and generate timely pitch angles and creative activations to create and foster news and momentum
  • Maintain relationships with key press contacts and stylists while developing new media contacts on behalf of clients
  • Ongoing outreach to short and long media, keeping accounts top of mind and ensure consistent media coverage
  • Collaborate on the execution of press events including NYFW runway shows/presentations, product launches, press previews and other special events


  • Manage account activity and client interaction, driving the day-to-day success of multiple accounts
  • Candidate will execute tasks in a seamless and timely manner, meeting deadlines and anticipating client needs
  • Lead client-facing communication including in-person meetings and status calls, building a strong relationship based on credibility, trust and expert knowledge
  • Oversee product placement (with assistance from junior staff) including sample tracking, clipping and servicing placements, and deskside appointments
  • Responsible for drafting monthly client reporting via comprehensive activity and sample traffic reports


  • Ongoing identification of VIP/Influencers and potential collaboration opportunities for clients
  • Execute gifting and seeding programs 

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years public relations agency or in-house experience
  • Bachelor’s  degree
  • Established relationships with key editorial press and stylists, with an extensive knowledge of traditional and social media platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Ability to manage up and down and collaborate well in teams of different sizes
  • Proven to be productive, resourceful and proactive, while working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Plan and execute industry events including but not limited to editor dinners, seasonal press previews, and fashion presentations / runway shows
  • Excellent communications and writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and an in-depth knowledge of Fashion GPS (both Sample and Event Management)

Language skills

  1. English, Native or bilingual proficiency
