Job Description

Named to Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies list in 2017 and as Digiday's Most Innovative Publisher in 2018 —  Who What Wear is hiring a talented Influencer Marketing Associate who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced, high-energy environment and understands that, more often than not, the only way to get the job done is by rolling up your sleeves and getting down to business! The Influencer Marketing Associate must have a strong passion for influencer marking and solid experience working with influencers in a seeding capacity. The Influencer Marketing Associate will be responsible for post-sale activity for our wide range of clients as well as support our own consumer brands, Who What Wear Collection and JoyLab. The right candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and eager to have a big impact on the business. Most important, we are looking for a candidate who has a great eye for talent and can successfully build and maintain relationships with influencers on behalf of our internal brands and external brand partners.

This position is located in Los Angeles and reports to the Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:

Consumer Brands (Who What Wear Collection + JoyLab)

  • Generate and track monthly seeding to macro and micro influencers for WWWC
  • Host gifting open houses for influencers to pick up product and get facetime with talent for WWWC
  • Coordinate quarterly micro-influencer photoshoots for WWWC and JoyLab content for social and influencers to repurpose
  • Coordinate monthly micro-influencer photoshoots for WWWC Lookbooks
  • Assist team with hosting collection launch events for WWWC and JoyLab including event logistics, securing talent, event set up and break down, post event reporting etc.
  • Provide detailed and insightful monthly recap reports for seeding efforts and events

Branded Content

  • Assist with execution of sponsored content campaigns involving influencers, including: talent outreach, negotiations, briefing, asset collection, and post-campaign analysis
  • Serve as a liaison between talent and Clique’s advertisers to ensure campaign objectives and deliverables are communicated to influencers
  • Assist with executing talent contracts and negotiations with precision and skill
  • Work collaboratively with the Branded Content team to create custom creative briefs for each campaign that marry the influencer’s DNA and brand’s KPIs
  • Track multiple timelines and budgets to ensure campaigns stay on track and deadlines are met
  • Work cross-functionally with Client Services team to facilitate content approvals, and continually provide status updates to internal teams
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics during campaign to optimize performance
  • Compile learnings and share best practices across teams to help achieve most effective campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers on behalf of Who What Wear

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing and strong passion for the space
  • Working knowledge of influencer landscape
  • Experience working with influencers in a seeding capacity
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Word
