The Senior Coordinator, Digital Platforms, is responsible for ideating, crafting, packaging and posting key messaging on our internal and external platforms. This position will also be our metrics point person to help inform the overall digital and editorial strategies in the creation of PVH Corp. content that supports our overall purpose to drive fashion forward - for good. 

This position will work with the overall storytelling and editorial teams. The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day messaging, monitoring, and moderation of the PVH-branded social media channels, including support in paid social media campaigns. This role requires expertise in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging social media platforms, and their best practices.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

  • Manage the messaging, monitoring, and moderation of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Take an active role in managing posting on our internal platforms
  • Build out content plans and contribute to editorial calendars 
  • Develop programs to grow audiences and foster global social conversation
  • Track performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of the social handles with regular reporting 
  • Contribute innovative ideas for content and marketing, driving awareness of new trends and advising how to best engage our social audience

GENERAL TEAM SUPPORT:

  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, create outlines, and take notes 
  • Conduct research and benchmarking projects to provide valuable insights to the team and our partners
  • Work confidently under tight deadlines with close attention to detail, being able to multi-task and prioritize 
  • Take full responsibility for the activity happening on your accounts

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:  3+ year experience in social media, preferably in community management and insights

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in communications and/or marketing fields

Skills: 

  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Drive
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign (or equivalent programs) in Adobe Suite
  • Experience with social media monitoring, planning, and listening tools (especially Sprinklr and Meltwater social)
  • Ability to write clear, informative and engaging communications that reflect a consistent overall tone with an understanding of key audiences; be a comfortable copy editor with strong grammar skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including developing and managing relationships across groups and functions at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
  • Interest in current events relevant to the social media space and our industry
