Job Description

The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for further establishing the brand’s position and resonance with the modern consumer, consistently across channels and regions, through various communication channels and strategies. Success in the role will come from a strong knowledge of global omni-channel markets and management of global campaigns. He/she will partner closely with global design, merchandising, advertising, media, social media, PR, and with regional teams across North America, Europe and Asia.

  • Drive the development of brand campaign strategies

  • Partner with regional and channel partners to aggregate insights to build global creative strategies

  • Research and present insights about industry landscape, competitor activity, innovation and trends

  • Develop clear creative briefs for advertising, campaigns, social media, etc.

  • Partner with creative agency on creative development; Own clear & timely communication to key stakeholders around key decisions, project milestones, and marketing plans, helping to keep every project organized and driving forward

  • Developcampaign recaps and senior management presentations

  • Manage, identify and implement efficiencies in the global marketing calendar and budget

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4+ years professional experience in fashion marketing/communications, agency experience a plus

  • Strong interest in fashion and lifestyle branding

  • A strong team player and self starter - collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic to drive teams to results

  • Diplomatic and solution-oriented approach

  • Excellent organization, communication, interpersonal and project management skills

  • Strong follow through with attention to detail

  • Ability to think proactively, prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Ability to contribute creative, innovative ideas and solutions

  • Naturally curious and inquisitive with a creative mindset and analytical ability

  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills with experience producing content for presentations

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)

  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop & InDesign a plus
