Job Description

We started an agency to help intrepid brands tell their story. Founded by the award-winning team at SUITCASE Magazine, SUITCASE Creative Studio is focused on producing the most artistic and authentic content initiatives. Our young, vibrant creative agency works with travel and lifestyle brands to uncover their objectives and create compelling copy, inspiring visuals and results-driven strategies to attract and engage their audience. We’re looking for a Head of Creative Strategy to join our growing team. This is a key role in senior management. You would be making all key decisions for the agency, managing the agency team, leading the creative development of all our client work and helping us to grow the agency through business development and great hiring.

  • Proven agency-side experience in strategic and creative projects for global brands
  • Experience with both written and visual content strategies
  • Analytical and informed, able to keep up with industry and global trends
  • Equipped with great ideas / references for content and campaign activations and able to show success stories from past clients
  • Experience overseeing new content production and working with photographers and creators
  • Adept at measuring results of campaigns, providing evaluation for future campaigns/projects but also looking beyond the numbers at the bigger picture
  • Design and photoshop skills are an advantage, as is an ability to make great pitches and presentations
  • Experience in the travel, hospitality or luxury space is an advantage but not a requirement


  • Overseeing the creative and strategic direction for the agency and our clients, ensuring the best team is involved and the output is always at a high standard
  • Ideate strategic concepts for pitches and client projects, including – but not limited to – influencer programmes, brand positioning, travel guides, website design, social media strategy, video production and photography and leading the creative direction
  • Working with the Creative Director to develop processes, best practice and workflows
  • Managing the agency team (6+ people and growing) including performance reviews, hiring and professional development - Attend meetings and ideation sessions with clients and new business, working with the COO and CEO to represent the agency
  • Assisting the CEO and COO in marketing and business development and representing the agency at events and conferences
  • Working with the SUITCASE Magazine editorial and commercial teams on creative brand initiatives
