Job Description


The trade Coordinator is part of the Ecommerce Trading team and works in close collaboration with the trading / buying manager and traders. Together they manage all product areas (14 distinct areas). Within this area, the trade coordinator supports in all aspects from assisting during the assortment for E-commerce and the daily business to achieve:

  • Net sales plans
  • Optimized sell-troughs
  • Minimized returns

As part of the trading team, he/she will also support in monitoring our business through regular site checks, making sure all product has it’s right place and all relevant information required, flagging any issues to our e-com support team where needed.

As part of the broader E-commerce team, the trade coordinator will support in additional task such as creating reports, gathering samples, check product information for customer service requests.

The Trade Coordinator supports in merchandising the product on the online website, including:

  • Assisting the trade team during the E-commerce buys, manage buy sheets
  • Supporting the team with entering seasonal orders and in-season capsules
  • Supporting the launch of new products and monitoring the product on our website
  • Ensuring appropriate product images are available
  • Support delivering input into creative briefs for style guides, looks, features, promotions, newsletters and projects with the aim of maximizing sell-throughs
  • Coordinate upload, price checks & site checks
  • Build and Refresh ad-hoc reports as requested
  • Support Traders, Management and wider business with ad-hoc queries
  • Negotiate deliveries to ensure consistent and early flow of goods/merchandise to maximize sales and meet plan
  • Maintain and develop best position with vendors and divisions
  • Booking in the release of deliveries, keeping track of critical path and alerting the team to any delivery issues.
  • Working closely with relevant teams to ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.
  • Own product titles and descriptions process:
    • Create and update guidelines for the creation of titles and descriptions
    • Ensure deliverables from third parties are accurate
    • Own brand glossary improving it regularly
    • Insert correct data in PIM
    • Enrich product data coming from SAP

The Ideal Candidate


  • A minimum of two years working experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • The ability to build relationships with other internal and external teams and functions for personal and business development
  • A strong eye for detail, great organizational skills and works to a high level of accuracy
  • An excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a supportive team mentality
  • Commercial awareness with a keen interest in the fashion industry and a consumer-centric mindset
  • Possessing a positive and ‘can do’ attitude and a flexible approach to learning
  • Excellent system skills (Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced demanding environment where teamwork is key
  • Demonstrates initiative and follows through completely on all aspects of a project
  • Able to work in a multinational company where cultural awareness/sensitivity is important
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional level of English required
  • Ability to prioritize & multi-task
