Position Description and responsibilities:The Brand Development and merchandising team, in closed collaboration with divisions, gives strategical direction, sets objectives on collection KPI, drives change and monitors results, as well as building a closer link between countries, retail, e-com and head office to fulfill consumer needs by creating the framework for profitable assortments.
Tasks and Responsibilities
✦ DRIVE brand KPIs to increase brand profitability and efficiency
✦ STRENGTHEN consumer brand experience by incorporating consumer insights into assortment building
✦ DEFINE divisional assortment size to plan product/collection initiatives to attract, connect & engage the consumer to buys
✦ SET UP the planner team within Brand merchandising
✦ FACILITATE cross-divisional communication and alignment to ensure clarity to end consumers
The Ideal Candidate
- Educated to degree standard in Business Economics, Management or equivalent, at an internationally minded Business School
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in English
- Minimum 4 years of working experience, preferably in a large scale corporation
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast moving and creative environment
- High degree of motivation
- Ability to easily connect with people
- Interest in consumer goods / apparel / fashion
- Proficient skills of Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in FMS/Hana/Analysis for office and tableau is a plus
