Manager, Wholesale Operations for Handbags and Accessories, Mens and Womens would primarily support the Handbag and Accessories business and support the VP of Merchandise Operations.

This role would include responsibility for overseeing all operations for Handbag and Accessories (Men’s and Women’s) inclusive of full price and off price channels of distribution

In addition, this position would assist the VP Merch Operations in regards to the budgeting and financial reporting of the Handbag and Accessories Men’s and Women’s businesses


  • Manage Buy Process with both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Market orders:
    • Pre-Market – work with Sales team coordinating due dates for entering recommended buys into 7th Online
    • Oversee costing roll ups communicating with Merchandising, Management and Production any variances to budget
  • Cut & Sold Meetings:
    • Responsible for cut and sold process inclusive of recommended inventory adjustments to resolve minimum issues providing roll ups of KPI’s to management
    • Handing off final buy to Production team
  • Inventory:
    • Responsible for managing all inventory inclusive of ISD for Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts including the placing of all supplemental buys and replenishment weeks of supply working with planner
  • Managing production schedule:
    • Responsible for managing production schedule and communicating delivery updates at serviceability meetings inclusive of communication to key departments – sales, international, customer service to manage customer order base to maximize opportunities and minimize liabilities
  • Shipspread:
    • Represent Accessories division at monthly shipspread meeting preparing forecasted financials of shipping and margin as well as reconciliation of prior month
    • Monitor/provide explanation of serviceability, transportation, and any misses
  • Budget:
    • Assist VP Merch Operations in preparing the budget for shipments and margin by account and month and communication and review to Senior Management and Finance
    • Assist VP Merch Operations in preparation of monthly estimates to finance against budget and previous estimates inclusive of margin and allowances
    • Enter all VA/Coop into PVH system working closely with sales and Planning manager
  • IT Contact:
    • Responsible for managing the process of new technology (Tillerman, ERP, 7thonline…) including working with IT contacts and the business to manage process and make any callouts in work flow and challenges
  • Provide Sales support as need
  • Manage Special Projects


  • 5-7+ years of experience in a related area/field
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong retail math
  • Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task
