Job Description

Reporting to our Sales & Operations Manager, this role will be supporting all of the operations of our Belgravia store on Elizabeth Street as well as for our online business. The role is part-time – working 3 half days per week, likely but not exclusively on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. We are open to both permanent employees as well as freelance contractors applying.  You will be working in an own brand fulfilment stock, picking and packing orders and processing returns, receiving production deliveries from time to time. Although there is not much heavy lifting, you will often be on your feet during the working time so will need to be capable of physical work.

Responsibilities

 What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Assist in loading/unloading, sorting, counting, and packaging merchandise and orders
  • Responsible for the review, verification, and reconciliation of shipping documents to stock
  • Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation for wholesale and own brand orders
  • Carry out clerical work, including typing, proofreading, and editing documents, correspondence, and reports for the Sales & Operations manager
  • Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, and Shipyard Material Receivers, etc., for ongoing shipments and projects
  • Responsible for entering and manipulating data into spreadsheets from multiple sources, as well as verifying input and calculations
  • Keep the stock in perfect conditions with Beulah standards
  • Responsible for inventory management and stock takes
  • From time-to-time, respond to customer service emails and cover the shop for the store team

•      Warehouse or stock room experience

•      Excellent attention to detail

•      Capable of physical workable to lift up to 12kg

•      Excited by working in a small business, doing a variety of tasks

•      Enthusiasm for start-ups & social impact
