Job Description

The role:

You will work closely with the Creative and Digital Production teams across all regions to identify process bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis and implementing process improvements across our image production environment. You will also be responsible for designing new processes and supporting engineer activities.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Senior Production Process Engineer in activities that support production operations and process strategy (e.g. New processes design, new solutions, innovative processes)
  • Support with executing the project roadmap for the Creative Operations team
  • Support the Process team roadmap execution with global & local alignment
  • Identify production process issues and find new process solutions under guidance from more senior stakeholders
  • Perform technical activities to support new process development and standard routines
  • Identify improvement margins such as Quality, Service or Cost Reduction under the Lean methodology
  • Support the Quality Control team to drive the standardization locally, working with a solutions focused approach sharing best practices with other teams
  • Support the Studio Supervisor with daily routines, new projects and activities to ensure the correct standards are in place and the necessary improvements are made

The Ideal Candidate

Who you are:

  • Ideally, Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology
  • Ideally, More than 4 years of experience in similar area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • A professional with technical knowledge to analyze and interpret different situations based on experience and understanding
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects and time constraints
  • Ideally, a professional with passion for the fashion industry
  • Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office and Tools , VBA and Macros are a must
  • Advanced knowledge on and experienced in Kaizen Methodology in past years
