Job Description

Everlane is opening more retail stores and we’re looking for someone to manage the construction side of these projects.
The ideal candidate has the head of an executive and the eyes of a hawk. This person will be overseeing the bbuild-outs of all new Brand Stores and Showrooms across the country. You will be assembling all-star teams of builders and engineers to bring Everlane to life.

The Ideal Candidate


  • Facilitate construction drawings and permit applications for each new Everlane store with architects
  • Recruit teams for each new project including general contractors, engineers, expeditors
  • Lead weekly meetings with construction team and own progress communication
  • Hold the retail expansion team accountable
  • Manage workback calendars
  • Complete all necessary inspections with municipal and federal departments
  • Juggle up to 4 construction projects at a given time on different coasts
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget


  • 2 years of construction, real estate, or facilities management experience
  • Have a strong backbone and can sniff out which change orders to approve
  • Experience managing $1M+ construction budgets
  • Lead conversations with field experts
  • Ability to travel to our new cities, build local relationships and deeply understand municipal code
  • Fluency in Procore and Asana or comparable systems
