What does the role involve?
Every day is different at COS, however your key responsibilities will include directing customer service, analysing sales, staff scheduling, overseeing store operations, training & development, recruitment and managing employees. You will also be involved in planning and ensuring the store achieves its key selling targets

Since launching in 2007 we have opened over 180 stores worldwide, all in carefully considered locations applying an architectural design concept that preserves buildings’ original features whilst creating a modern, welcoming space

The Ideal Candidate
Who are we looking for?
We encourage diversity and welcome candidates from all backgrounds. The key qualities that we look for in our store managers are:
- At least 1 years’ experience as a store manager/assistant store manager
- Excellent German and English communication skills.
- Strong commercial skills
- Supportive management style
- Previous experience leading team
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent analytical abilities

An annual gross salary is from € 30.000 There is a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.
