Job Description

For the new opening of the Diesel Store in Roma Fiumicino we are looking for a

Sales Supervisor.

The Sales Supervisor is responsible with the Store Manager for achieving commercial targets through an effective coordination of the team. Through tools such as meetings, shadowing, feedback and one to one meetings the sales supervisor leads the team to achieve the sales targets (quantitative and qualitative), support individual performance improvement and he/she also guarantees the delivery of excellent customer service and support individual performance improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 4 years of experience in the fashion/retail sector;
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills;
  • Strong Commercial skills and product sensibility;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office specially Excel;
  • A very good knowledge of English and Italian. The knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus;
  • Strong interest in the fashion world specially in Denim;
  • Autonomy and work organization;
  • Determination and goal orientation;
  • Proactivity and passion for challenge;
  • Mobility throughout the country;
  • Goal orientation, ability to work in team, flexibility and availability are key requirements.

Other informations Hours: full-timeAvailability to work on shift from Monday to Sunday.Permanent contract.
