We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our UGG® Store in Bicester Village!
The Assistant Manager works closely with the Store manager to provide strong leadership to the store team and to develop a shared commitment to delivering the business goals. They are responsible for driving store sales and maximizing profitability to meet or exceed they’re store sales plan, and support business growth. They will work closely with the store team to ensure outstanding customer service and operation excellence and to further develop team members.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a highly commercial person who provides leadership and acts as a role model to their team. You will be relentless your drive to deliver sales and maximize profit for the business and demonstrate self-assurance, pride and courage. You will have experience leading and managing a team and getting the best out of your people whilst creating a collaborative, fun and productive team environment.
We are looking for people who have a CV that demonstrates:
- Experience at Assistant Manager level
- Commerciality and ability to drive and maximize profit in a retail store environment
- Visual Merchandising skills
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- A proven track record of successfully leading and developing a team
- Passion for customer service and continuous improvement
