Louis Vuitton is currently seeking a Team Manager to support our Women's Ready-to-Wear (WRTW) business in our iconic New Bond Street Maison. This is an incredible opportunity for a current Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Store Manager who has extensive experience in a luxury or boutique women's ready-to-wear business and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Reporting into the Universe Manager for Women's RTW, as a leader within our business, you will take ownership to lead and coach your team, ensuring that they have exceptional brand and product awareness while also ensuring that they deliver the highest level of client experience. You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them to the next level and secure succession plans.
To be successful in this role you MUST have experience with WRTW and full-silhouette styling, be commercially minded with a thorough understanding of the London fashion market and the nuances of driving the RTW product category. With extensive people management skills gained within a high profile luxury or bespoke retail brand, you will need world class clienteling skills and continuously strive to exceed our clients' expectations.
The Ideal Candidate
As the ideal profile for this role, you may currently be working as either a Supervisor, Floor Manager or Department Manager for a high-end/luxury Women's RTW brand. You will have unparalleled knowledge of the latest fashion trends within the Women's RTW universe, and a strong understanding of where Louis Vuitton is situated within our competitors. You will have served as an example to your teams regarding how to create full-silhouette styles for a sophisticated clientele.
You will have a proven track record of coaching and developing team members to increased performance, partnering with HR on employee relations issues, and have made meaningful movement on critical KPIs in your business by providing management with data and industry expertise in relation to customer needs and business opportunities and by developing and implementing strategies to maximize product performance by leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling training and team animations.
