Job Description

Location: Boutique/Concession London (you may be asked to work in any of our UK locations) Reporting to: Boutique/Concession Manager Objective: You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Boutique Manager and being the ‘go-to’ person when you are the most senior Management Team member on shift 
  • driving sales and exceeding targets through exceptional customer service and building a client business
  • people management and coaching to deliver the above
  • maximising store efficiency through operations management
Key Responsibilities Our Deputy Manager and Junior Deputy Manager roles form part of the store Management Team, headed by the Boutique Manager. As a group, and under the Boutique Managers leadership you will be responsible for the following tasks and inspiring your Sales Associate team to deliver results.  When you are the most senior Management Team member on shift you will be fully accountable to the team for: on the floor leadership, challenge resolution and customer service standards. Driving Sales
  • Deliver sales budget through the implementation of an action orientated business plan
  • Monitor and drive store and team KPIs
  • Deliver a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service through your sales team
  • Develop and maintain client relationships in line with Monica Vinader company guidelines to drive repeat business
  • Network to create key relationships with corporate and local clients to support HQ team with a program of revenue driving events
Building a Strong Team
  • Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs for your team, and support with ongoing coaching and training to deliver these
  • Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures
  • Support the recruitment process, interviewing candidates and compile feedback from trial shifts 
  • Implement approved brand and product training program to ensure consistent and effective styling advice and inspiration to all customers   
Delivering Efficiency 
  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard 
  • Ensure in store experience (Boutique cleanliness) is in line with the guidelines and Brand standard
  • Maintain an accurate stock file
  • Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling
  • Ensure the appropriate processing of in-store services (including engraving, and aftercare)

  • Commercially aware and target driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, able to adapt 
  • Previous retail management experience
