Job Description

We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to maintain and grow our sales internationally.  This is a great opportunity for someone to work remotely with our Wholesale Sales team based in our Athens office. All sales appointments take place in NY and Paris during the respective fashion week. If you are interested in this role, please send us your CV. The ideal candidate

·  has previous experience working as a Wholesale Sales Exec or Sales Manager

·  can speak and write in English at a fluent level, other language skills are welcome

·  is highly organised and proactive

·  can use Microsoft Excel and Outlook at an intermediate / high level

·  has a great eye for detail

·  has a good sense and understanding of the international fashion industry

·  is flexible in their approach

·  can problem solve

·  can travel internationally without restrictions

The Ideal Candidate

Duties for this role include:

·      Executing and further developing the Costarellos sales strategy

·      Driving entry into key markets (US, Asia, Europe)

·      Connecting Costarellos with top tier stores and selling the Costarellos line during fashion markets

·      Inviting and managing appointments

·      Gathering market information and providing feedback

·      Planning and reporting on pre and post season figures

·      Research, including new stores, new opportunities for growth

·      Liaising with company departments to ensure a smooth supply chain

·      Ensuring excellent customer service for all existing stockists

·      Monthly sales reporting

·      Coordinating and overlooking all shipping and sales support activities to stockists

·      Managing the sales calendar and all related activities for each season

·      Target list management

·      Sample management

·      Creating and managing all target materials for each season and supplying existing stockists with selling tools
