- Define and deliver offer sourcing and management strategy for the men category across, customer segments and geographies so as to enable ambitious revenue growth target
- Drive analysis of sales and category performance as to identify bestselling items as well as inform sourcing, curation, pricing and merchandising strategies.
- Partner with Seller Marketing manager to drive Sellers recruitment and activation strategy for your category
- Define and optimize curation/assortment selection strategy for your category ensuring relevance of selection/styling so as to optimize revenues and sales velocity.
- Manage curation teams to maximize sell-through / velocity and coaching to sellers while maintaining rigorous selection in line with Vestiaire Collective Luxury and Fashion DNA.
- Partner with various team to deliver improvement for your category (Marketing, Edito, IT)

- 5 years + experience in fashion and luxury (men division)
- Knowledge or interest in 2nd hand luxury goods
- Ability to work in international environment.
