Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You will be responsible in supporting stock management and client enquiries for Personal Shopping team
  • You’ll be following up on PS requests in warehouse stock, investigate return issues, report damaged/defective items on behalf of PS team
  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner
  • Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes

The Ideal Candidate

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication etiquette in English & German
  • Experience in using ERP program
  • You have strong computer literacy and an understanding of the digital world
  • Competent in MS (Excel, PPT) and Outlook
  • Several years of work experience in operations, preferred in the field of luxury fashion, ideally in e-commerce
  • A true creative thinker who can bring best practice and new ideas to the role
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, respond to work with urgency and understand deadlines with a solutions focused approach
  • You are confident and articulate when communicating with all relevant departments
