Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a Nanushka Ambassador for our Womenswear line by promoting the philosophy and values of our brand. You will be responsible for the long-term development of the accounts, profitable growth for the brand and building strong relationships with buyers. To succeed in this role, you will deliver the agreed targets through maximizing the productivity of existing accounts and pursuing new account opportunities in line with the brand’s distribution strategy.


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team on designated territories
  • Assist Sales Director in strategic planning and contributes to sustaining business growth
  • Analyzing performances for all relevant accounts and monitoring competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities
  • Establish and maintain healthy and extensive relationships based on knowledge of customers
  • Organize and conduct pre-market meetings with all majors to review budgets and opportunities
  • Utilize sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts
  • Ensure sell-in and sell-through targets are achieved with key accounts
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided by its team members
  • Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Producing reports and presenting them to the department head to foster decision making
  • Managing agency partners and distributors on assigned territories
  • Partner with internal departments, such as production, finance and merchandising
  • Oversee team training and making sure that the relevant team members have the necessary knowledge to manage their responsibilities
  • Participates in recruiting process, objectives setting and coaching of representatives
  • Set clear performance standards and hold people accountable

The Ideal Candidate


  • 4+ years of contemporary fashion or luxury product wholesale experience
  • Proven track record of sustaining business growth
  • Entrepreneurial minded and goal oriented
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to translate data
  • Strong understanding of merchandise and stock planning
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate to team members 
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and scoping work focus; working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which might include evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in managing a team
  • Confident appearance and ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals at also on higher level
  • Passion for the fashion industry
  • Strong computer skills Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Fluent in English, another language is considered as a plus
  • Availability for frequent international travels
