Job Description

Moose Knuckles is looking to add talent to its office in Milano! Reporting to the Sales Manager Southern Europe, as the Sales Executive you will act as a brand ambassador and assist in the management of prospective and existing accounts as well as managing all aspects of the Moose Knuckles Milano showroom.


Some of what you'll do

  • Oversee all showroom activities, including managing all upcoming arrangements for meetings and trade shows
  • Own the visual presentation of the showroom, consistently updating based on new collection/sample arrivals
  • Manage inventory levels of product within showroom
  • coordinate regularly with the international sales team
  • Present showroom and influence brand appeal to prospective accounts and international guests
  • Lead the presentation of new collection in sales meetings
  • Educate new and existing clients on product development and exciting new projects
  • Lead the process to upgrade the product mix and extend penetration of new products and categories
  • Ensure qualitative assortments goals are consistent met in reference to key hero items and best sellers
  • Act as a brand merchandising consultant for clients, to optimize their assortment and performance
  • Ensure seasonal budgets/targets set by in agreement with clients are met and exceeded
  • Coordinate with CS to ensure all order submitted are completed and any errors found are corrected in a timely manner with proper data entry into the system
  • Work closely with the Sales Management to minimize and replace cancellations from orders
  • Actively contribute to collection review reporting to be shared with management and design team
  • Visit existing key accounts and provide product knowledge, merchandising guidelines and informative training for all staff
  • Collect and analyze sell-throughs regularly and work proactively to improve the customers' performance (swaps, reorders, support actions and promotions)
  •  Assist sales marketing coop activities at local level (launch events, CRM, windows, dedicated areas, shop-in-shops, POP)
  • Support the organization and participate in the Regional (European) Sales Meetings and Trade Shows
  •  Support the marketing department activities
  • Consistently uphold brand standards in all levels of interaction

  • Proficient English language is mandatory
  • At least 3-5 years of similar experience within the Fashion & Luxury Industry
  • Freelance candidates will be considered as well
