Job Description

As a Sales Associate with Forty Five Ten you are responsible for creating brand awareness, delivering outstanding customer service, establishing strong customer relationships and building individual sales volume. You will demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to growing your customer base, client spend and partner effectively with other team members.

The brand presents global luxury and emerging talent with a 400+ Designer roster across women's, men's, design, and beauty categories, including Prada, The Row, Celine, Dries Van Noten, Loewe, Rosie Assoulin, Molly Goddard and Sies Marjan, among many others. 

Forty Five Ten has stores in Dallas, New York, Aspen, Napa and Miami, as well as an E-commerce business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Suggestive sell through styling and product knowledge

Establishes individual sales goals by developing strategic and actionable plans to achieve those goals

Upholds Forty Five Ten service and experience standards

Participate in department meetings and trainings to gain product knowledge and generate sales

Consistently work to drive and develop business by maximizing selling opportunities in all categories throughout the store

Uphold visual and merchandising guidelines throughout the store

Participate in store events

Effectively resolve client issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems

Develop and maintain a client book, while consistently building relationships through strong product knowledge and engagement

Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed

Participate in the protection of our assets through understanding and complying with inventory control and operating procedures

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their management team, as determined from time to time at the company’s discretion.

Remarkably distinct, yet united by a common ethos—each Forty Five Ten location reflects our commitment to the thought-provoking intersections of fashion, art, and design. Through revolving art installations, bold architecture, and imaginative elements, we (and a band of collaborating artists) create spaces that go beyond traditional brick-and-mortar stores. Environments for exploring, each is a part of its surrounding area, and—with gallery-like spaces, specific edits, and great service—highly experiential. In Dallas, there are three stores, one in Downtown Dallas with 35,000 square feet, one in Highland Park Village and one inside The Joule Hotel.
