Forty Five Ten has stores in Dallas, New York, Aspen, Napa and Miami, as well as an E-commerce business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Suggestive sell through styling and product knowledge
Establishes individual sales goals by developing strategic and actionable plans to achieve those goals
Upholds Forty Five Ten service and experience standards
Participate in department meetings and trainings to gain product knowledge and generate sales
Consistently work to drive and develop business by maximizing selling opportunities in all categories throughout the store
Uphold visual and merchandising guidelines throughout the store
Participate in store events
Effectively resolve client issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems
Develop and maintain a client book, while consistently building relationships through strong product knowledge and engagement
Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed
Participate in the protection of our assets through understanding and complying with inventory control and operating procedures
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their management team, as determined from time to time at the company’s discretion.
