Job Description

Role Mission
The in store trainer is responsible for the coordination, facilitation and maintenance of all in store training needs. He/she will provide our employees with exceptional product, operational, new hire and CRM training by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a "Gucci Ambassador" by promoting the philosophy and values of the brand. Passion for the brand is conveyed through creating a branded, luxury client experience.
Key Accountabilities
* Work with the relational marketing team to roll-out the regional CRM initiatives for the store
* Work with the client services manager to evaluate top 100 clients and action plans
* Partner with managers to ensure training, coaching and feedback is provided to associates
* Responsible for owning the communication of the mystery shop feedback and store action plan
* Maintain thorough understanding and enforce all policies and procedures. Ensure team adherence to all company operating, HR, and security procedures
Retail Training
* Work with the store manager and Retail Training Director to design an in store training plan and schedule
* Work with the Retail Training Director to modify training plan on a quarterly basis to fit store/ regional needs
* Work with management to ensure all new hires are fully versed in all areas of the client experience (selling ceremony, operations and product knowledge).
* Work with management on each floor to follow up on all 30-60-90 day performance plans for new hires
* Work closely with all managers in facilitating in-store product training on a seasonal and as needed basis
* Perform assessments with the management team to identify store's training needs and partner with Retail Training Director to develop solutions
* Partner with managers and associates to ensure all training initiatives are implemented and followed; conduct refresher trainings when needed

The Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements
* 3+ years of previous retail management experience and previous in store training experience a plus
* Excellent communicate skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
* Ability to present information in a clear manner and respond to questions
* Must possess a positive attitude and approach to all aspects of training
* Proven ability to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays
