Job Description


As a Sales Lead at House of Hackney you will play a key part in the running of our Flagship showroom. You will display excellent communication skills, enthusiasm and passion in assisting our customers daily.


  • Maximize company sales growth and profitability by providing outstanding customer service
  • Meet Monthly and Weekly sales and productivity goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospecting new customers
  • Use a strong knowledge of House of Hackney products and services to deliver exceptional customer services and sales
  • Provide and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm in all forms of communication
  • Actively contribute and participate in store meetings and training sessions
  • Follow operational processes to ensure accurate stock and sales administration
  • Clear and regular communication with management and London head office on progress against company business goals and KPIs

The Ideal Candidate


  • Passionate about House of Hackney, Interiors, design and art
  • Exceptional people skills
  • You have a proven successful 2 years’ experience in selling interiors sales, and/or luxury retail
  • You are sales and goals targeted and work well within a team to help deliver exceptional results
  • You are customer-first focused - ensuring the clients receives a great on-brand experience before, during and after-sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Must be flexible with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business. Weekend availability is essential
