Onward Luxury Group is seeking a highly motivated sales assistant to support the Account Executive in selling The Brock Collection and Rochas Ready to Wear & Accessories.
SALES SUPPORT: Be the gatekeeper to general email inquiries, replying, and directing them to the appropriate contact. Facilitate new account set up in Andi and process all new account forms. Obtain and compile seasonal product information for online partners to use for web copy. Complete and maintain Moda Operandi Trunk Show template and administration, informing team with any product shifts as they occur– 8 trunk shows per year. Organize weekly selling and Skypad reporting. Process and track cancellations, substitutions, and returns and ensure that the PO’s arrive on time.
Oversee sales-related shipments. Schedule messengers, arrange and track long-distance shipments. Check-in seasonal sample deliveries and orchestrate turnover out of the showroom.
MARKETING: Schedule and login detail all Sales related sample requests. Online partners seasonal shoot dates. Marketing events, online, catalog, and editorial shoots. Manage requests to/from ItalyCommunicate regularly with PR offices to ensure sales and press needs are properly balanced as well as supply credit information when available. Assist with all Sales related seating requests for runway presentations as well as monitoring RSVPs.
MARKET & SHOWROOM TASKS: Assist with showroom set up during market. Maintain market calendar with appointment schedule in both Google format and CRM system. Manage the daily arrival of models, hair & makeup, support staff, and clients as well as tending to their needs whenever possible. Maintain showroom’s organized, tidy, and well merchandised esthetic and hold to highest standard. Print out lookbooks, update swatch cards, line sheets, and order forms to be reflective of most current information. Take note of and replenish supplies when needed for both Sales and models. Assist account executives in trafficking samples from showroom to on model and returning to the showroom for noting. Email customer’s notes to them directly and promptly while making sure to emphasize strict deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate
The qualified candidate will have prior experience working in fashion sales showroom, a college degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business or Marketing, organized, detail-oriented, personable with strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while completing deadlines, working knowledge of general computer software programs. First and foremost, the candidate is professional, eager to learn and build a career in the fashion industry.
