The Ideal Candidate

  • Manage inbound/outbound client communication (emails, phone calls, chat).
  • Support company/eCommerce/retail division in achieving all sales targets, operations goals, policies and procedures.
  • Consistently deliver memorable shopping experiences to all clients; schedules client appointments (both in person and virtually) to maximize results.
  • Seek to increase new client acquisition by leveraging various marketing tools such as social media platforms, referrals and networking.
  • Stay connected with clients and make targeted recommends based on shopping history and preferences.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to share a curated view of new receipts that are aligned with their clients’ fashion preferences
  • Educate clients on all services to ensure they can enjoy all TAMARA MELLON has to offer.
  • Exceed clients’ expectations in addressing their needs and always put the customer first when resolving issues.
  • Ensure client service is always of the highest standards.
