Job Description

Tibi is looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for expanding Tibi’s specialty store position in the US.

The candidate should have strong experience, a proven track record, and relationships with advanced and young designer retail partners.

The Ideal Candidate

Bachelors degree required.

Must be passionate about fashion.

Ability to operate with an agile, growth-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.

Excellent communicator, verbal and written. Have a strong ability to lay out complex issues clearly.

Well-organized with attention to details; an acute sense of how to match details to the big picture.

Must be an excellent team player; possessing the ability to build, foster, and nurture strong relationships.

The Ideal Candidate

 - Manage US Specialty Stores

- Identify and target new potential stores to grow Tibi’s presentation

- Nurture and push existing clients for increased growth

- Plan, schedule, and execute market appointments for New York four times annually

- Plan and execute LA market two times annually

- Travel to regions as needed for events and store scouting

- Oversee day to day relationship of account

- Strategically manage division to maximize Tibi’s profitability

- Manage US Shoe and Bag Specialty Stores

- Strategically plan budgets by account and region to exceed wholesale seasonal budget

- Identify opportunities for growth

- Plan, schedule, and execute market appointments for New York four times annually
