Job Description

The role covers the development and growth of commercial business including wholesale accounts, agencies and distributors. Key aspects of the role include achieving sales targets and goals through excellent customer relationships and effective customer management. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual who wants to join a dynamic team.

  • Coordinate appointment schedules ahead of market
  • Manage other general showroom prep including sample deliveries, model booking etc
  • Ensure smooth running of showroom during market weeks in London, New York and Paris
  • Work alongside Buyers to build strong assortments, ensuring the presence of key styles and volume drivers
  • Input sales orders and send order confirmations, making contact amendments where relevant
  • Day to day management of the existing customer base, maintaining clear, professional communication with clients and providing responsive action to their requirements
  • Provide brand and collection collateral for training, visit/train existing accounts, and maintain good communication with shop floor teams
  • Sell Through – request , collate and analyse data on a regular basis for review with rest of the team
  • Be proactive with re-orders and swaps where appropriate
  • Collating all potential stockist requests per season and present viable additions
  • Target new stores in key areas, proactively identify areas for expansion
  • Following production critical path for deliveries and working with production to share product and returns feedback
  • Identify oppotunities for in store events and special projects to support retailers 
  • Ensure  contact details for all clients are current and up to date at all times
  • General commercial department administration
