Primary Purpose: The Coordinator of North America Wholesale will be responsible for providing support to the NAW Sales team to ensure product is represented accurately and appropriately across all NAW accounts’ websites. This individual will be a cross functional key stakeholder in ensuring all product is live on wholesaler’s websites including but not limited to: organizing samples, planning and delivering all NAW photography to accounts on time, working with internal teams to ensure deliverables are met. In addition to owning the NAW photography process for they will manage the product copy process for all accounts aligning with internal partners: PD, GM and copy. The position will work effectively with multiple cross functional partners to ensure Coach is represented across wholesalers’ websites effectively.

  • Manage all the pieces of the wholesale sample process tied to ecommerce product imagery including allocation of the product to the accounts, facilitating the shipping & receiving as well as coordinating all of the internal photography for all lines of business from Handbags, RTW and Footwear for both Men’s & Women’s 
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce team to provide styling direction for account produced photography, submit shotlist and provide feedback on weekly deliverables report.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with critical stakeholders including Wholesale management, Buyers, Planners, Account Executive, Photography Team, PD, GM, Copy.
  • Maintain knowledge and execution of industry best practices for brand imagery as well as performing ongoing benchmarking with competing luxury brands.
  • Collaborate with the copy team to obtain all copy attributes needed to provide to NAW Accounts website.
  • Manage account expectations by maintaining strong relationships by providing updates on asset delivery.
  • Partner with Account executives to ensure all assets are live on accounts website and verify all information is up to date.
  • Develop efficiencies and improvements to overall internal & external e-commerce photography process.

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years sales/ productm experience, Wholesale experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational/Project Management skills required
  • Ability to self-direct, manage ambiguity and flex to changing business needs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Strong Excel Skills imperative
  • Strong Computer skills in: Word, Power Point & Outlook
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multitask & prioritize assignments
