This is what you will do:
Lead and manage a team of licensing staff for our global marketplace including Dealerships and wholesale accounts
Strategize achievement of seasonal sales goals/royalties, lead new business opportunities for white label licensing and collaborations
Negotiate inbound and outbound licensing agreements
Create solid and respectful relationships with license partners
Coordinate design with our licensee product designer
Work closely with legal to negotiate exits of poor performing partners while entering new partners
Approve product, marketing and distribution on a seasonal basis
Work as a team in tandem with Product Development, Marketing, Merchandising, Legal, Finance & Retail groups
The Ideal Candidate
A minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury and mass fashion/apparel business in global licensing
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager leading a licensing team of new business, operations, analytics and design
Experience in lifestyle/home brands a plus
Riding experience is preferred for perspective on riding gear
