Launched in the early ‘70s, Maxfields is a Los Angeles-based concept boutique founded by Tommy Perse, who is still the store’ s creative director.

Maxfield is renowned for its moody, gothic LA aesthetic and played a key role in the establishment of labels that typify the look, including Rick Owens, Libertine and Mastermind.

Offering menswear and womenswear, the store also stocks edits of rare art books and vintage luggage along curiosities and objets d’art.

In addition to the original West Hollywood store, Perse has expanded his retail company to include a second boutique on Melrose Avenue and a third in Malibu.
