Biography

The chief executive of Saudi Jawahir Trading is a large player in Saudi Arabia’s luxury market, with distribution rights for brands including Givenchy, Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney , ownership of the Jawahir department store and multi-brand chain Avanti, which targets fashionable women through brands including Carolina Herrera and Marchesa.

The privately held retailer hosts a portfolio of some of the world’s largest luxury brands such as Tom Ford , Chloé, De Beers and Marni. It has locations in Centria Mall and the Mall of Dhahran, where Saudi Jawahir Trading opened Piu Boutique, which sells Versace jeans and Franco Pugi bags.

Jawahir Trading began retailing in jewellery in 2007 and recently launched Laure Boutique, a luxury cosmetics and fragrance destination carrying makeup, skincare and perfumes.
