The rising supermodel is one of the hottest faces in the industry and the name on every casting director’s lips.
Discovered at age 13 at Amsterdam Central Station, Dutch-born Hammam made her fashion week debut opening the Givenchy Spring/Summer 2014 show in Paris, which she walked exclusively.
Hammam has since featured in campaigns for Céline, Coach and Maison Margiela , as well as high street retailers H&M and Topshop. She has also appeared in eight iterations of Vogue, with her first appearance in American Vogue being noted by Anna Wintour in her editor’s letter.
With over 745,000 Instagram followers, Hammam promotes diversity within the industry to her extensive audience on social media. “I want to be a role model for young girls who are struggling with racism or struggling with their looks or with their skin colour,” she said. “There aren’t many Arabic models, and being an African-Arabic model, I’m trying to open doors for more Arabic girls.”
