Luka Sabbat

Model & Actor

The model, actor and entrepreneur has been dubbed as a new-wave style icon before the age of 20.

Biography

Raised between New York and Paris, the model, actor and entrepreneur represents a new wave of multi-hyphenate young entrepreneurs shaping the industry, having appeared in campaigns for Calvin Klein and Hood By Air, and cast by Virgil Abloh to walk in Yeezy’s first and second season shows.

Luka Sabbat was born into a fashion family in New York — his mother was a model booker and assistant for fashion show production company Bureau Betak, while his father designs womenswear. Sabbat was discovered by Kevin Amato and soon after was signed by Request Model Management. He began appearing in campaigns for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Hood By Air, and was cast by Virgil Abloh to walk in Yeezy’s first and second season shows. A digital native, Sabbat quickly rose to Internet fame thanks to his ability to speak to his audience and network.

In 2018, Sabbat joined the cast of "Grown-ish," an American sitcom series. He walked for Dolce & Gabbana and has been a featured face in the Adidas campaigns. Sabbat has also appeared in Complex and Vogue among others, having worked with Harley Weir , Brianna Capozzi and Ryan McGinley throughout his modelling career.

Sabbat met the artist Noah Dillon through Twitter and two years later the pair launched an exhibition for their project entitled Hot Mess, a multi-layered project with an interactive virtual reality segment. Virgil Abloh has tapped the artists to produce a photography book for Off-White, titled “Woman.”
