What is the BoF 500?

The BoF 500 is the definitive professional index of the people shaping the $2.4 trillion fashion industry, hand-selected by the editors of The Business of Fashion, based on hundreds of nominations received from current BoF 500 members, extensive data analysis and research.

One of Japan’s leading stylists, Noguchi has dressed top celebrities and styled editorials for the likes of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Figaro, Numéro, L’Officiel and Elle. In August 2016, he co-launched hit luxury denim label Mine Denim with a flagship store in Jingumae, Tokyo that carries both menswear, womenswear and accessories. In addition to his editorial work, he has also styled campaigns for Sophnet, Converse Tokyo and Munsingwear.

The stylist has worked on a number of design collaborations over the years: in 2015, he created a capsule collection of T-shirts in partnership with Beauty & Youth; the following year, he collaborated with menswear brand Sophnet on a line that debuted at Union Store Tokyo’s Laforet Harajuku store opening. In the past, he has also partnered with Hysteric Glamour, Bape and Traverse Tokyo and Kaneko Optical.
