Student & Alumni Comments

"I really have enjoyed my experience. The teachers, staff and students are always helpful and kind. With such a diverse population you are always learning about something new. Their study abroad experience in Florence is such a unique opportunity - my main reason for attending Kent State."

Student

"Kent State gave me an amazing, well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of the global fashion industry and equipped me with the tools to succeed in landing my corporate fashion job post graduation a year in advance."

Student

"My experience at Kent State was very fulfilling and beneficial. Highlights were NYC and going abroad to Florence. The teachers abroad were mentors and truly gave students the resources needed for success."

Student

"Kent is a great school! I love the fact that I can study fashion while still having the "college experience." The study abroad/away opportunities are amazing. I do wish some of the faculty pulled more from personal experience. Sometimes I felt like I didn't learn much in my classes."

Student

"You can gain a lot of knowledge and experience if you are interested enough to go after it. The school has tonnes of resources that a lot of people don't give value to."
