Beauty Brand Incubator Maesa Names Gianni Pieraccioni as New CEO

He joins the company from Coty, where he served as executive vice president and EMEA president of its luxury and consumer beauty division. He’s also worked at companies including Revlon, Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.

Current CEO and company founder Julien Saada will transition to chairman and chief strategy officer.

Maesa has created a number of brands, including Kristin Ess and TPH by Taraji. It also manufactures private label beauty products for mass and speciality retailers like Target, CVS and Ulta.
