The collection between the Swedish fast-fashion retailer and UK-based womenswear designer is yet another in a long list of high-fashion crossover projects that has included Commes des Garçons, Giambattista Valli and Karl Lagerfeld. Available for purchase online and in stores beginning in March, the products will include menswear, children’s clothing and beauty — all new segments for Rocha.
”A company like H&M has a much bigger footprint than something like Simone Rocha, so yes, sustainability for us came into the fabrications,” the designer said in an interview with American Vogue. “Actually, it was very interesting to see what could translate, and I think people will be surprised by the quality when they see it.”
