Chalhoub Group, one of the biggest distributors of fashion and luxury goods in the Middle East, has launched Saudi Arabia’s first Fashion Lab, an open platform aiming to boost Saudi fashion brands with funding and industry guidance, according to a report in Entrepreneur Middle East.
Applications are open for the program until July 25, with successful entrants receiving funding of $15,000, with the potential of an equity partnership after the program is concluded. They will also gain access to Chalhoub Group’s extensive retail network, including online and offline channels to sell products, such as Tryano.com and Saks and receive mentorship and training from experts in entrepreneurship and the fashion industry, covering issues such as market strategies, supply chain, content creation and media strategies.
