The 140,000-square-metre mall features the sultanate’s largest cinema, a thousand-seat food court, and Oman’s largest indoor snow park, which will span over 14,000-square-metres.

More than 80 percent of the LEED-certified mall’s gross leasable area has been leased, and 300 retail outlets are set to open in coming months.

Majid Al Futtaim’s strong regional presence includes 29 existing malls across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), a block including Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.
