The trade show group has announced new dates for its in-person fairs this summer. Pitti Uomo will now take place from June 30 to July 2, two weeks after its previously scheduled dates of June 15-17.
Pitti Bimbo, its childrenswear fair, will be held at the same time. The location for both events remain unchanged: Fortezza da Basso in Florence. Pitti Filati, the organisation’s fair for textiles, is scheduled for June 28-30, while Pitti Fragranze, the cosmetics trade show, will be held Sept. 17-19.
The fairs’ organisers said these new dates will be more convenient for exhibitors as well as visitors, to “avoid overlapping and to build a calendar with a market-oriented rationale,” Pitti Immagine chief executive Raffaello Napoleone added in a statement.
