The Dazed Magazine editor in chief will receive the Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator at the ceremony on Nov. 29.
Kamara will be celebrated for “his incredible contribution to the fashion industry,” according to a statement from BFC chief executive, Caroline Rush.
As a stylist and creative director, Kamara has also consulted for brands such as Burberry, Louis Vuitton, Off White and Erdem.
Born in Sierra Leone, the creative spent his childhood in Gambia, before moving to London as a 16-year-old. He graduated from the fashion communications programme at Central Saint Martins in 2016.

The Fashion Awards is taking place at the Royal Albert Hall on Nov. 29 and will be hosted by actor Billy Porter.
