The reality TV mogul filed to trademark “Kylie Swim” and “Kylie Swim by Kylie Jenner” on May 7. According to the US Patent and Trademark Office filing, the requests are for apparel items including swimwear, beach cover-ups and footwear, as well as swim-related accessories like sunglasses and towels. The news was first reported by WWD.
While Jenner has already ventured into the beauty industry, with her brand Kylie Cosmetics, launched in 2015, and Kylie Skin, launched in 2019, she is yet to make a solo venture into the fashion industry. Currently she co-runs the fashion label Kendall + Kylie with her sister Kendall Jenner.
Previously Jenner has filed trademarks for a haircare line and baby line, in 2019, which are yet to be developed.
