Remake Calls Out H&M and Uniqlo in Launch of Sustainability Ranking

The social-media-savvy advocacy group’s new report evaluating fashion brand’s environmental and social performance is the latest sign of mounting scrutiny on the industry’s sustainability claims and practices.

Patagonia, Mara Hoffman, Girlfriend Collective and Nudie jeans all scored more than 50 out of 100 points, making them among the report’s top-performing brands. H&M and Uniqlo both scored under 30 points, but ultra-fast-fashion brands Missguided and Boohoo and scored under 5.
