Boohoo Adds to Board of Directors

Shaun McCabe, chief financial officer of rail ticket booking app Trainline, joins the online fast-fashion retailer as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect. He will also chair the company’s audit committee and serve as a member of its remuneration and nomination committees.

McCabe, who has previously held executive roles at Asos and Amazon Europe, joins Boohoo’s board at a challenging time for the group following a public scandal over working conditions at some of its UK-based suppliers.
