Mytheresa Names Heather Kaminetsky President North America

The luxury e-commerce platform announced Kaminetsky will join the company effective June 1.

Kaminetsky was most recently the chief brand officer of direct-to-consumer footwear startup M.Gemi. She has experience in both the fashion and e-commerce spheres, with previous roles at Net-a-Porter, Borderfree and Barneys New York.

The appointment comes as part of a larger growth strategy focused on the US, where luxury sales are bouncing back after pandemic drops and the Munich-based Mytheresa is underpenetrated.
