Power Moves | Lanvin Names CEO, Nina Ricci Appoints Creative Directors

Jean-Philippe Hecquet joins Lanvin as its new chief executive, while Nina Ricci taps Rushemy Botter and Lisi Herrebrugh as creative directors.

LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Lanvin appoints CEO
Jean-Philippe Hecquet has been appointed chief executive at Lanvin. Hecquet joins the company from SMCP, where he was chief executive at Sandro. Prior to that he spent 14 years at Louis Vuitton where he held several operational positions between Paris and the United States.

Nina Ricci names creative directors
The label has tapped Dutch design duo Rushemy Botter and Lisi Herrebrugh as its new creative directors, effective immediately. The pair won the Première Vision Grand Prize at Hyères Festival and qualified as finalists in this year's LVMH Prize with their menswear label Botter.

Hervé Leger announces creative director
Christian Juul Nielsen was named creative director at Hervé Leger. He has served as creative director at contemporary brand Land of Distraction since November 2016.

Gant names CFO
Gant has appointed Thomas Dunaker as its chief financial officer. Dunaker joined Gant as global head of commercial finance and group business in February, and has held the position of CFO on an interim basis since June. He was previously chief financial officer at Scandinavian fashion retailer JC.
