The British School of Fashion is based at the London campus of Glasgow Caledonian University and excels in postgraduate fashion and luxury business courses.
Our mission is to educate, challenge and develop a new generation of fashion and luxury business leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs.
Our first steps in fashion date back to 1875 and to our founding colleges in Glasgow, Scotland. Since then, GCU has contributed to the business of fashion through the creation of pioneering courses.
We were the first UK institution to offer an MSc in International Fashion Marketing in 2000, and are still one of only a few Universities worldwide to offer a dedicated MBA in Luxury Brand Management.
Our MSc Fashion Business Creation, designed for entrepreneurs who want to start a fashion business, is the only of its kind worldwide. Similarly our new MSc Fashion and Lifestyle Marketing programme is the first of its kind and focuses on the future of fashion marketing.
Our portfolio includes four flagship programmes:
MBA Luxury Brand Management
MSc Luxury Marketing
MSc Fashion Business Creation
MSc Fashion & Lifestyle Marketing
All of these programmes are grounded in the latest industry insight. Our academics have substantial experience working in the fashion industry and students have the chance to attend guest lectures from industry experts from companies such as Arcadia, Loro Piana, Agent Provacteur, Storm Models, IBM and Faberge.
