Beautycon announces president
Beautycon has appointed Alicia Valencia to the newly created role of president, as of March 4. Valencia joins the company from Pat McGrath Cosmetics, where she was global general manager, and reports to Beautycon chief executive Moj Mahdara.
L'Officiel Italia appoints editor-in-chief
L'Officiel has announced the appointment of Giampietro Baudo, former editor-in-chief of Esquire Italy, to the helm of its Italian publication. Replacing Gianluca Cantaro, he begins with immediate effect and reports to Benjamin Eymere, chief executive of L'Officiel.
Bonpoint taps Anne-Valérie Hash for creative director
BoF has learned that EPI-owned luxury childrens' wear brand Bonpoint has tapped Anne-Valérie Hash for the role of artistic director. As well as founding her eponymous label in 2001, which was shuttered in 2014, Hash was creative director of Comptoir des Cotonniers — owned by Japanese retail giant Fast Retailing Co. — between July 2014 and January 2016. She replaces Christine Innamorato, who served in the role for 13 years. Neither party could be reached for comment.

Stella McCartney CMO steps down
Stephane Jaspar, who joined Stella McCartney in 2003, has stepped down as chief marketing officer with immediate effect. The company has yet to announce a replacement.
Zalando adds CFO, CTO to executive board amid shake-up
Zalando has named Jim Freeman and David Schröder to the positions of chief technology officer and chief financial officer respectively, effective April 1. Freeman joined Zalando last April as senior vice president of engineering, while Schröder was previously vice president of operations. The appointments com as part of a move to redefine the role of Zalando's three co-chief executives.
Ted Baker CEO has exited the company
Following a leave of absence in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations, Ted Baker chief executive Ray Kelvin has resigned. Lindsay Page, who is currently acting chief executive, will continue in the role with the support of executive chairman David Bernstein until November 30, 2020 at the very latest.
Chiara Ferragni named CEO of namesake label amid executive shakeups
Chiara Ferragni, president of The Blonde Salad Crew, has been appointed chief executive of her eponymous Chiara Ferragni Collection, of which she is also the creative director.
Chiara Ferragni Collection has also appointed Fabio Maria Damato, formerly general manager of TBS Crew, to the role of general manager, as well as adding minority shareholder Alessandro Marina to its board of directors and appointing Italian entrepreneur Paolo Barletta its chair.
