Biography
Robin Meason is the global PR director at Balenciaga. She joined the Paris-based luxury house in 2021. Prior to this she founded her public relations agency Ritual Projects, representing the brands that are rewriting the codes of the fashion industry, from Y/Project to GmbH, bringing together experts from fashion, film, photography and art to undertake consulting and marketing projects.
Born and raised in Texas, Meason studied the history of European civilisation at Texas State University before moving to Paris. There she became acquainted with the fashion industry — particularly Studio Berçot — while working as an au pair and soon moved to London to work with Marjan Pejoski for label Kokon To Zai (KTZ). Meason has since lived and worked in Athens, Paris, Los Angeles and eventually Australia, focusing on developing emerging designers.
Upon her return to Paris, Meason founded Ritual Projects in 2013 as an international communications platform offering public relations services. Ritual Projects’ portfolio includes labels such as Y/Project and GmbH.
